Ease Life Massage runs this website and the booking chat on it. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it. It is written plainly on purpose.
What we collect
Only what you type into the booking chat:
- Your name
- Your mobile number
- The session you booked, and when
- Anything you tell the assistant about pressure, sore spots, or preferences
Browsing the site collects nothing. There are no advertising trackers, no analytics pixels, and no cookies. If you never open the chat, we have no record that you were here.
Why we need it
To hold your appointment and text you a confirmation. That is the whole reason. Giving us your number is how you consent to that one text; standard message rates from your carrier may apply. We do not send marketing texts.
Who else sees it
Only the people who need it to do their job here. We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the website and deliver confirmation texts, and they may handle your information only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Bookings are deleted automatically 120 days after they are made. Nothing is kept beyond that.
Your choices
You can book by phone instead and skip the chat entirely. To see what we hold about you, or to have it deleted sooner, call us at 623-279-7770 and we will take care of it.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
The assistant is not a person
The booking chat is automated software, not an employee. It can check availability and hold a time. It cannot cancel or move an existing appointment, and it does not give medical advice. For anything else, call the shop.
